Module 1: Identity: Who am I beneath the noise?
  • Recognizing emotional patterns
  • Clarifying core values
  • Exploring personal strengths and purpose
  • Mapping your support system
Module 2: Agency: How do I gain mastery over things that matter?
  • Emotion regulation and stress recovery
  • Goal setting grounded in values
Module 3: Belonging: Where do I feel safe, seen, and real?
  • Psychological safety and inclusion
  • Conflict navigation and relational boundaries
  • Vulnerability, repair, and showing up authentically
Module 4: Collaborative Problem Solving: How do I build with others?
  • Active listening and generative dialogue
  • Respecting and holding boundaries (internal & external)
  • Co-creating shared direction and accountability
Module 5: Curiosity: What becomes possible when I get curious?
  • Growth mindset and cognitive flexibility
  • Letting go of binary thinking
  • Gratitude and mindfulness as stabilizing tools
