  • All staff are expected to maintain confidentiality, boundaries, and professionalism in alignment with international ethical standards (APA, BPS, etc.).
  • Personal biases must never interfere with clinical, academic, or administrative duties.
  • Harassment, discrimination, and any form of misconduct are strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary action.

  • Ethical dilemmas should be discussed with the supervisory team or the ethics review panel where necessary.
  • Breach of confidentiality is a serious offense unless legally required or to prevent harm.

We prioritize the mental well-being of our staff. Flexible working hours, self-care breaks, supervision, and open-door communication with leadership are part of our wellness strategy.

6. Performance & Accountability

  • Team members are expected to demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and commitment to their assigned roles.
  • Constructive feedback and performance reviews are conducted regularly to support professional growth.
  • Repeated negligence or non-compliance may lead to review or termination of the contract.

7. Conflict Resolution

  • Disagreements should be addressed respectfully and through proper channels.
  • Power struggles, groupism, or toxic competition will not be entertained.
  • The institute encourages mediation and restorative conversations to maintain harmony.

8. Intellectual Property & Research

  • Any research, content, or program developed under IoEBH is the intellectual property of the institute unless otherwise agreed.
  • Publications or presentations using IoEBH resources require prior approval.

9. Social Media & Public Representation

  • Team members must not speak on behalf of the institute without authorization.
  • Personal views shared publicly should not compromise the reputation or values of IoEBH.
  • Clients’ identities must never be disclosed or hinted at online.

10. Termination & Exit Protocol

  • Either party may terminate the working relationship with prior notice as stated in the contract.
  • An exit interview will be conducted to ensure transparency and continuity of care or duties.
